Trongsa is a historically and spiritually significant town in central Bhutan. Meaning "new village" in Dzongkha, it serves as the ancestral home of the Wangchuck dynasty. Best Ways and Time to reach Trongsa

Trongsa is located in central Bhutan and is exclusively accessible by road. The best way to reach it is by private cab or public bus from Paro or Thimphu. The most ideal time to visit is during the autumn (September–November) or spring (March–May) for clear skies and optimal sightseeing.
